Hi,

I tried the above steps, still could not retriev the e mails in the sub folder for Inbox. It was deleted by mistake. It was actually permanently deleted. I was using Outlook 2003 that time.

Please suggest.

My gmail is attached to my Microsoft Outlook. When I delete an email I have no idea where it goes. There is nothing in the deleted file. The only thing that shows up there are the deleted calendar events. How can I fix this so I can recover my deleted files.

I too had the same issue. I followed the process fine, but when I looked for Recover Deleted Items, it was not there. I even looked for it from within the deleted folder. Did anyone get an answer on this one? I am using Outlook 2003 as well.

I have just been using your directions to recover an e-mail that I permanently deleted (from both the deletion folder and the archive deletion folder). Have followed all the prompts no problems, however, when I go to "Tools" in my Microsoft Outlook, there is no Recovery Deleted Items in the drop down (in either the deleted items or archive deleted items folders). Can you please help me with this? Thanking you in anticipation for your kind response to my request.

I heard about not bad application-outlook mail recovery, it may recover Outlook files and data from corrupted pst files of all Microsoft Outlook mail clients, from Microsoft Outlook 97 to Microsoft Outlook 2003. To save the recovered information as files with the *.pst extension, you should have the Microsoft Outlook 98 mail client or higher installed on your computer, also use Recovery ToolBox for Outlook to recover Outlook email and data from corrupted *.pst files protected with a password.
